Course Description
Imposter Syndrome is a phenomenon whereby individuals doubt their own accomplishments and have a fear of being exposed as a “fraud” or “imposter”. Imposter Syndrome is common among attorneys, executives, and entrepreneurs. By understanding how to overcome Imposter Syndrome, you will gain significant benefits, including increased self-confidence, greater resilience, and more effective leadership. Defeating Imposter Syndrome will also improve your mental well-being and overall success by reducing stress and strengthening professional relationships. The course also includes addressing issues in the workplace environment that can help alleviate Imposter Syndrome.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.2 hours of total CLE credit.
